Treasure Island 2105
From your balcony overlooking the beach, you can watch the ever-changing sea and sky, lulled by the murmuring surf. This oceanfront condo is penthouse living at its finest, Panama City Beach style!
Comfortably sleeping 8, Treasure Island 2105 is a luxurious condo in a high-rise, beachfront resort complete with a huge outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter) and sun shelf, a fitness center, hot tub, dune walkover, and even a covered parking garage, to keep your car out of the elements. Sitting right on the sugary sands of the beach, Treasure Island is close to St. Andrews State Park and all the other exciting features of Panama City Beach, yet remains quiet and private. Stroll on the beach at all hours, watch schools of dolphins swim past, and frolic in the gentle surf of the Gulf. Beach living doesn't get any better than this!
Glide up to Treasure Island 2105 on the elevator and step into your high-rise paradise. Sliding-glass doors lead from the living room to the oceanfront balcony, turning the condo into an indoor/outdoor space just right for Florida's balmy climate. You'll catch a glimpse of colorful sunsets here, watch pelicans and other sea birds soar past, and hear the waves as gentle background music to your days. So soothing, so effortlessly beautiful!
And the interior of Treasure Island 2105 is as pleasing as the view. The living room is quite large, with several sofas (one of which converts into a queen-sized bed) surrounding a flat-screen TV equipped with cable and a DVD player. The cool tiled floor and whirring ceiling fan combine to create a cool, fresh breeze on even the warmest summer days, while the sand tones of the wall and decor remind you that you're just steps from America's most beautiful beach.
The dining area is adjacent to the living room, with no walls to block that million-dollar view. The round table with roller chairs is convenient for everything from board games to laptop work (you have free WiFi at Treasure Island 2105), and if you should decide to cook a homemade feast, the kitchen stands ready to make it easy for you. This large, open, spotlessly clean and bright room offers granite countertops, gleaming appliances, and cupboards packed with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you might need. Go ahead -- pick up some fresh-caught seafood at one of the local markets, and indulge your craving for Florida's toothsome tropical fruit and year-round fresh veggies. Your kitchen stands ready with knives, pans, serving dishes, and everything else you could wish!
Of course, for most of us, vacation is all about seeing the sights, so you may find yourself rushing to get the crew out of the house every day. If this is the case, rely on the kitchen countertop time-savers -- coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and blender -- to satisfy those cravings and get everyone moving!
The open-plan living and dining area at Treasure Island 2105 holds one surprise. In the corner of the dining nook, away from windows and noise, is a large double cupboard that opens up to reveal a set of bunkbeds! These twin beds are tucked away like bunks on a ship, and if you are traveling with little ones, expect them to demand to sleep here! What fun -- and what a nice alternative for the grownups in your group who keep later hours than the rest of the family, and appreciate being able to retire at their leisure without disturbing anyone.
In addition to the bunkbeds and the queen-sized sleeper, there are two bedrooms at Treasure Island 2105. The first is a master suite, and it takes pride of place in the condo, thanks to its private access to the balcony. Sliding-glass doors provide the perfect opportunity for a midnight glass of wine in the open air, late-night stargazing, and your own personal box seat for the sunrise! Leave the drapes open and let the sky greet you in the morning, or close them tight and sleep late.
The master suite offers a king-sized bed beneath a ceiling fan, a handsome wardrobe that holds your folding clothes as well as a private flat-screen TV for your pleasure, reading lamps and a comfy chair. The en-suite bath is palatial, boasting dual sinks, a separate room for the commode, and a walk-in shower. You won't want to leave this haven!
The second bedroom is quiet, private, and beautifully appointed. A queen-sized bed offers great comfort, with a wall-mounted TV in one corner just in case you want to indulge in a late-night movie. The second bathroom is convenient to this room and also accessible from the main hall. It offers both a shower and tub option.
Treasure Island 2105 also includes the extras that make your vacation easier. A washer and dryer are tucked into the condo for your use. Linens for every bed (including the sleeper sofa!) and bath are provided. And Free Beach Chairs are offered during your stay seasonally. Your home-away-from-home in Panama City Beach awaits you; book today, while availability is good!
