The first thing you will discover when you explore Florida’s Historic Coast is there is so much to see! If you find your energy waning between meals, stop by one of these popular coffee houses. You will find fast service as well as delicious and unique brews freshly made for you!

Kookaburra: The Kookaburra is an Aussie-American espresso and coffee bar that also serves Aussie pies. Some of the current specials are the Hot Aussie – a velvety smooth latte with homemade vanilla and cream. There is also a Mocha Nut, which is a smooth chocolate and coconut coffee. How about trying a Cherry Ripe? A recent visitor said, “The salted caramel latte was probably the best cup of coffee I have ever had.” Kookaburra has two locations: Cathedral Place and Seabridge Square! Call 904-209-9391 for the latest information on store hours.

Crucial Coffee Shop: Crucial Coffee Shop isn’t very large. In fact, it looks like a shack – but the coffee is some of the best in St Augustine. All you have to do is walk up and place your order. A recent coffee lover said, “I had bought some espresso candy from here and it was so yummy! They have a great selection of different coffees too! (Snickers cappuccino, etc.) I can’t wait to go back!!!” It’s easy to find – Crucial Coffee is at 26 Charlotte Street in St. Augustine, FL 32084. You can call the shop at 904-810-2080.

City Coffee Company: What sets City Coffee Company apart? Well, they only serve organic coffee that’s been certified by the Rainforest Alliance! The menu features Mocha, Americano, Cubano, City Con Leche, Cortatido and a variety of teas. There’s also a lovely snack menu! It’s an easy drive to 280 N. Ponce De Leon Boulevard. Contact them at 904-209-6810.
