Our priority was to be close to the beach without being surrounded by too many people, including other tourists like us. We did meet a few interesting people in Florida, including an American with whom I had several good conversations.
Yes, the location was great. I used to be a wildlife biologist and I greatly appreciated that your fellow Floridians have the desire to protect the environment, including those marvelous sea turtles.
The condo was clean and in a good shape. We only noticed that the sink in the kitchen was leaking but we preferred not calling anybody since it was minor to us.
The vacation rental management staff was quite helpful and efficient.
We may be interested in buying a property in the future similar to the condo in which we lived in for the last two weeks but before we should repeat the experience again and explore the surroundings even more. We know so little about Florida but everyone that we have met so far was friendly. I would want to know more about the American / Floridian soul.
