Property is very upscale,well appointed,everything works, when needed propery manager always accessible Beach was fantastic for finding sea collectibles and walking our dog impossible to ride a bike on and walking at a fast pace could be difficult at times because of the type of sand location of condo is rather isolated from Palm Coast commerce and there is a toll bridge you must use to get into Palm Coast's commercial area
