Beautiful property on a very quiet setting. One suggestion I would make--have more chairs that you can use at the beach. As usual, people play the "my towels are on these chairs, so their mine" game with the limited number of chairs, first thing in the a.m. and then show up around 2:00 p.m. to finally use them! If the unit owners even provided cheap plastic or canvas lounge chairs to take to the beach that would be nice. If someone steals them, or wrecks them, you just bill them as you would for towels, etc! Since we fly, we are limited to what we can bring. The pool facilities were very nice, and there were enough chairs there.
