We slept hot for 2 nights, after the first we called the maintenance and he added freon promptly, then after the second night, the whole unit had to be replaced. It was a little inconvenient, but the maintenance man responded quickly to our call. The condo was absolutely beautiful, and the view was awesome. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. It wasn't too bad, but for example, we found a few of the previous guests' clothing in a couple of the drawers and the laundry room was kinda dirty. Nothing horrible. When I called the hskping staff about getting us some more towels, she went to Wal-Mart in the POURING rain, and we had more towels within a couple of hours. I was very impressed with that!
