Being former residents of Venice we really liked the homes location. We enjoyed the free ferry boat!
The home itself was not as clean or as good of condition as the marketing photos show. A little outdated but overall okay.
The hot water heater did not work for the first two days and the a/c needed to be charged with freon. It was a little frustrating for the first few days but the property managers were responsive and nice.
