  This was my second year at Albee Road. As ususal, the property was well taken care of and the contact, Dennis Johnson, was most helpful as usual. I have already booked it for next April 2009 and would recommend it.

  Location is perfect, so close to beach. Traffic noise minimally bothering. House needs new carpeting and bathroom window. All in all, a very satisfying montn.

  We loved the location and the house was casual and comable - just the way we like it!! Will rent again if it is available when we want to vacation in Nokomis.

  A few minor suggestions - the deck needs repair and a note on how to handle those tiny ants would be helpful (we don't have those in NJ)
