My husband and I enjoyed your rental. Very restful and enjoyed the swimming pool.The booking of property was very easy online and everything worked fine at the house so did not need to contact anyone for help. Another successful trip to Baycrest II. It’s in a great quiet location very close to the Beaches with all the amenities you require. Very clean and delivers exactly what it promises. Good size pool which the kids loved. Very close to supermarkets and restaurants. Ideal family vacation home and good value

This was our second stay at this property. It is convenient to family living in Venice, and provides a clean, comfortable home environment, We will be back in the future.
We stayed at Baycrest last summer having booked over the internet and the property was as advertised. We would not hesitate to recommend it.
Could not say anything bad at all. Only 1 suggestion. With the homes that accomodate larger groups, a second refrigerator (could possibly be put in the garage) would be helpful. Storing food for large goups can be challenging, with more trips to the grocery store needed. Even though the kitchens are fully equipped, again with a larger group more pots/pans, casserole dishes, etc. would be nice.
We are going elsewhere this year or would rent again. Great location, very quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, and great area for bike riding. Great food in the area. Very relaxing and laid back. The caged pool was great!
The house was very roomy, we had a great time. The pool needs resurfaced. It was fine though, the only negative thing I would say. The rest of the house was very nice. Neighborhood was great and extremely quiet. We could walk to the beach and downtown. We brought our 19' boat. We wanted to be on the water, but this was almost as good. The ramp is a 5 minute drive, no problems, and we were able to use the garage to store our dive and fishing gear just a step from the boat. This would be a great house for a large family or quiet group. It is not a party house. It is in a nice quite area.
