The upper unit has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 to 8), 1 large loft area (with sleeping for 4), 2 bath room, full kitchen, dining area, family room (sleeps 2) & balcony overlooking the ocean. The lower unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, full kitchen, family room, and 1 car garage. This is the perfect house a large family or two families wishing to vacation together that can enjoy separate living quarters. Also suited wonderfully for a family and In-laws that can share the same oceanfront home while still maintaining privacy when needed.
Flagler Beach is only 60 minutes from the Jacksonville Airport and 20 minutes from Daytona Beach. Only 5 miles from Interstate 95. Make plans to enjoy surfing, surf fishing, shell and shark tooth hunting and unlimited "relaxation." Great centralized location only a bike ride away from Matanzas State Park with miles of hiking and bike trails, a "real fort" and an impressive fishing area (no license needed!). Oceanfront restaurants, playgrounds, park, and tennis courts are nearby and several marinas and boat ramps are only minutes away.
