Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 6 guests and includes a spacious terraces overlooking Sarasota Bay, pool & lagoon. The master bedroom includes a luxury queen size bed. The room also has a large walk-in closets, a large bathroom with oversized double vanities, linen closet, Jacuzzi whirlpool bath tubs, seperate shower with dual controls.

Walk down the hall and the second bedroom, located in the front-end of the condominium, allows for privacy between the two bedrooms, and is equipped with 1 queen bed it owns full bathroom. The second bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door, and includes a shower-tub combination. The third bedroom features two single beds. A third 1/2 bathroom is located nearby this bedroom.

The living room has a gas fireplace, TV and full sized couch, 1 love seat and a recliner chair. There is a dining area which seats and an informal breakfast table in the kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with granite counters though out, wood floors and modern appliances including a full size refrigerator w/ ice maker, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Also available inside the unit is a private full size washer and dryer.
