Located in a very quiet neighborhood on a private road, this magical home features a private walk way to one of America’s most beautiful beaches with gorgeous, wide, powdery white sand great for building sand castles and walking with bare feet. Best of all, there are no nearby high rise condos to spoil the view!

The house is designed to work for 2 or more families traveling together. The first floor contains ample parking area for 4 cars. The first floor has a separate entrance and features a living room and dining area with television, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms - one with a queen sized bed (sleeps 2), and another with 2 single beds (sleeps 2) plus a full bathroom. No Local Phone.

The second floor offers direct views of the ocean. The second floor features a great room with vaulted ceilings, television, another fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 more bedrooms – one with a single bed and a queen sized sofa bed (sleeps 3), and another with 1 single bed and a pull out sleeper bed (sleeps 3)

The third floor is a loft area with a king sized bed, pull out queen sleeper bed and a television (sleep 4)

The Seascape Mansion features ample parking for 4 cars, and a walkway to the beach. The beach is wide and sandy. Best of all you can walk directly from our house onto the silky sand!

Located 15 minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine! Please call about special weddings on the beach with up to 50 people, graduation parties and family reunions!
