The oversized 400 square foot balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. There is a breakfast nook effectively doubling the size of the already spacious kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular golf course views. The living room has a large HDTV set and generous seating arranged to take advantage of the golf views as well as a fully equipped entertainment center.
The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV. The oversized master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Down the hallway are two comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has two twin beds (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Plus, we also have high speed Internet for guests who bring their laptop computer.
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a snack bar, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. (Good news, as a Pubix Grocery store is right outside the resort.) The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intracoastal waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses.
