This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 144 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is building 1, fourth floor (4th floor - unit 144). We also manage units 122 (2nd floor), 133, 135 (3rd floor) and 142 (4th floor), 151 (5th floor) and 161, 164, 165 (6th floor) for groups looking to be together in the same building.

Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests and includes ocean view from the front of our condo. Our 4th floor luxury condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features 1910 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space and out door balcony. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with granite countertops. Best of all, we have high speed Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area features seating for 6 and is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table with seating for 6 as players try to navigate the challenging Ocean Hammock Golf Club.
The three bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, tv set/dvd player, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size bed and tv set/dvd player, and one with 2 twins and a tv set/dvd player. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2).
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.
