Surrounded by gardens and fruit trees, our Argonaut home is a very large Florida house featuring 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Plus, it has a living room with tile floors, a dining room, a modern kitchen, and a wonderful backyard overlooking the bay.
The master bedroom has room for a queen or king size bed. The second large bedroom also has room for a queen bed. Our third bedroom has room for a queen bed. Plus, we have a single car garage for storage. Plus, the back yard is filled with trees and flowers and of course has a view of the water.
Our Venice Argonaut house also has a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.
Tenant will be responsible for electric, cable, phone, and lawn. Water is from well.
