Mike and I are writing this letter for anyone interested in renting one of your Venice area properties. First, we think this is a wonderful part of Florida. As you know we ended up moving here full time, so we are very glad we chose to test the waters through a vacation rental in this area.

We stayed in two of your properties last fall and felt that both were really tremendous values. In the first, 606 Harbor Drive, we found a convenient and well equipped rental, freshly painted and well kept, with easy access to beaches and shopping. We loved it and felt it would have been fine for a longer stay. The Aurora Street house was really a wonderful home. We fell in love with it and ended up staying for three months. Again, it was very well kept, nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean and your management staff was very helpful, going above and beyond the call of duty to make us happy.
