We have rented a vacation home in Florida many times and this home is the best we have ever stayed in. The house is beautiful and stylishly decorated. It has enough of everything and the owners have clearly put a lot of thought into what potential renters will need to have a great vacation. The outside areas are especially nice. The pool is big and fun to play in and the barbecue is perfect however we liked the outdoor area on the second floor the most as the sofa/lounge area was perfect in the mornings and evenings. The managers of the home were very helpful in solving any problems we had. I would defiantly recommend this house and hope to stay there again in the near future.

This was a girls weekend for 8 long time friends. Everyone was thrilled with the accommodations. The balcony was large enough for all to enjoy together and the view was fantastic! Would definitely consider this condo again.

Thanks for all of your help in arranging our vacation stay. The condo was clean and well maintained.

This is such a fantastic, nearly perfect house that I'll put my two complaints -- one minor and one potentially major-- at the top. Minor: The sectional sofa is pretty darn deep and thus hard for us old folks to get in and out of. Potentially major: There are no handholds on either of the walk-in showers; I was happy that there was a choice of two walk-ins for my 94-y-o mother, but the lack of grab bars was scary for her and us. All went well, but I'm hoping the owners will fix this. It will be to their benefit. Oh, but the rest of the house? Fabulous. So new and shiny. Extremely comfortable beds. Most of us slept well all 7 nights. The house had the best-equipped vacation kitchen we've seen. And there was a gas grill. Beach access was easy. There was a beach umbrella (no beach chairs; bring your own). Be warned: There are a lot of steps, but the choppiness of the house is part of its charm, and there's plenty of privacy among the 4 BRs and 4 baths (and a little hdden sitting room). What else? Hmmmm. Washer and dryer on the top floor and in the basement, how about that? And there's the excellent South Beach Grill a block away. All of the TVs are great, but the big one in the LR even has DVR. We all agree that this will be a fine place to celebrate my mom's 95th birthday in April -- if that grab-bar thing can be dealt with. Thanks so much to the Kokomoors for making their house available!

Fantastic property, especially for a big group. They need to fix a few minor details (like shower heads, etc.) and open the guest room balcony, etc. and it would be perfect.

We arrived Thursday morning and left Sunday morning. The unit was clean, quiet, and restful.
We enjoyed our stay very much and will be coming back to stay in the same unit next year if possible!

The house was clean, well stocked, laid out well, and big enough to accommodate a large group. Great views, and very easy access to the beach. The pool was sparkling clean, and the heater worked great. Beds were comfortable, showers had great water pressure, couches and chairs comfy, elevator a huge help (esp with my 16 year old dog). We hope to return next vacation.

I loved this place. I'm a mom of a 3 and 1/2 year old and we rented this place for a week at the end of October. It was absolutely beautiful. Things that made me happy: The place was in wonderful condition. Very clean. There's a beautiful balcony facing the ocean, the furniture was comfy, the kitchen was stocked with good appliances and the beds were awesome. There were cleaning supplies as well and washer and dryer in the unit which made me very happy. The place is about a 5 minute walk to the beach which was so convenient. There are steps to the beach which was rough on my mother in law who has trouble walking but other than that there were no problems. The kid's pool was a little farther than comfortable so we would end up driving there (it was a couple blocks away from building 700 but the ocean view we had was worth it). The kids pool was wonderful because it gradually inclined to deeper water so my kid could play without worries. The beach here has a lot of rocks, however, after the first day when both my husband and I got injured, we found a path through the rocks where it was all sand and that helped a lot. All in All a great unit in a great location and one of the best vacations we've taken.

We felt like Goldilocks finding the place that was "just right!" We had everything that we needed for our stay. The management company was very helpful and answered all of our questions. You had access to new movies every day. I have to complain that we did not have enough time to watch them, because we were too busy enjoying the beach from morning to night. The Tikki Huts and lounge chairs were wonderful. We had miles and miles of white sandy beach to walk. The beach was never crowded. You could walk out to wade for around 400 feet. I was a little worried when I saw the busy street and RV Park on Google Earth. But once we got there you could hardly notice them. You step out the back right on the beach and it was as if you were miles away from the busy street. Good location, friendly people, and perfect beach. Hope to return when we can stay longer.

We have stayed at Ocean Village Club many times. All of the units have always been nice. The 3rd floor Q units Have GREAT ocean views and located directly in front of the pool and beach access. So relaxing to sit on the balcony with the view and the sound of the waves crashing. Was great for reading a book. Was a beautiful week, no rain and beautiful blue sky's. The ocean water was also a beautiful blue . Only 1 problem our last day someone from a carpet company showed up & unlocked our door and came in. Very disturbing and glad we were there - paid for a pet friendly unit and our pet was with us..Contacted the office regarding someone unlocking our door. Seems there was a misunderstanding between the owner and the carpet company. Carpet was to be replaced on Monday after we left on Saturday.. So one of us remained in the unit at all times after that. We didn't all go out together on our last day. Other than this we loved our fall vacation and hated leaving !!!

VERY NICE HOME IN A GREAT RESORT WITH EXCELLENT AMENITIES WHICH ARE VERY WELL KEPT. EVERYTHING(AMENITIES)ARE CLOSE BY. THE OENTIRE COMMUNITY SEEMED VERY CLEAN AND POLISHED.

MY ONLY NEGATIVE REMARK WOULD BE THAT THE HVAC AIR INTAKES WERE VERY DIRTY WHICH WOULD SUGGEST THE FILETRS NEEDED CHANGING! ALSO, THE VACUUMS WERE IMPACTED AND FILTHY AND SMELLED WHEN TURNED ON...WE CLEANED AND WASHED THE FILTERS BEFORE USING THEM AGAIN. THEY SMELLED REALLY BAD!THIS SHOULD BE TOLD TO HOUSEKEEPING! OTHERWISE THE HOME,LOCATION AND RESORT WAS EXCELLENT AND WE WILL RETURN NEXT YEAR FOR SURE!

Overall fabulous experience-loved the décor and the view of the Atlantic was just wonderful. I wanted to take the beautiful kitchen home with me! Plenty of room for our family of three. Balcony was great for watching sunrise while sipping coffee from the Keurig coffeemaker in the mornings. Very clean except for one dusty shelf in LR that was overlooked I guess. Everything was exactly as needed so did not need to contact property manager. They do need to reset parking lot lights-we arrived in pitch dark on Saturday early evening and stumbled around in dark trying to find where elevator and our condo was and THEN lights came on after we found it. Also front door lock needs remedied...very hard to open and close. Kids could not do it. Overall totally wonderful getaway and even saw turtle nest in the dunes while we walked the boardwalk to the beach. Pool was really cold...outdoor temps 75-80 in daytime made ocean warmer than the pool. Family had Surfing lessons, went kayaking, ate lots of seafood-esp like Mango Mango and Viola's. Did the green trolley historical thing in St Augustine, museums, Fort, Flagler College, even Ripley's! Really fun place to see. Mama would have been fine just sitting on the condo balcony reading a book!
