Just got back from a 3 night stay with 2 other families, and we wish we would have stayed a full week! The home was spacious, clean and in a great gated community about 1 minute driving time and 5 minutes walking time to the beach. The community center has 2 pools right next to the beach as well as a game room with air hockey, pool table, Foosball table, and a cafe. The beach was beautiful with its reddish, cinnamon sand and the waves are great for boogy boarding. The kids loved it! The home has 5 bedrooms and a loft with a sofa bed, so plenty of sleeping space. The kitchen is HUGE with practically new appliances. The one thing the house needs is a new gas grill in the backyard; only one burner works.

Everything was fine. I forgot my Bose speaker and they held it for me so that I could pick it up. Good people.

Wish we could have stayed a little longer. It is close enough to everything we could possibly need, yet far enough not to be overcrowded.

Our family spent a long weekend at Beachwalk House. The kitchen is very well stocked. Lots of room to gather in the family room area. Furniture was comfortable. No complaints except the pathway to the beach is overgrown so you had to walk further down to get to the beach.(still not too bad). The beach there is lovely! Very nice place to stay. Great sunrise from the deck!

We recently spent a week in St Augustine, Fla and had a great time in spite of the rainy forecasts each day. We were worried we would be rained out but we were able to get about 5 hours of sun each day and then endured the the showers in the late afternoon. Our condo was perfect and the owner provided the small ameneties that most do not such as the beach chairs, CD's. tapes, internet.

We loved the house and would definitely rent here again.

Nice older house with great charm. Very clean, except ceiling fans. We had encountered a lot of turtles and other wildlife we were able to observe first hand. The only downside is that the roof decks can't be used to sit on but upper patio provides beautiful view of ocean and beach. Nature trail to the beach is narrow but not unpleasant. We had trouble getting proper access to the property but the management has responded quickly even at our late arrival on Saturday night.

House was bigger than I expected, and the online photo's actually do not do justice to the size of this house. Lots of open space, very high ceilings give a very uncrowded feeling, and we had max occupancy the whole week. Was completely satisfied with the house and vacation Rental Pro's. Had a couple minor maint issues which were fixed same day as reported. This house is right next door (and across the street) from the two community pools. We liked that as we had our young grandchildren so nice short walk to give them a break from the house pool or beach. Private walkway to the beach is much shorter than it appears in the photos so easy walk for all.Beach was not crowded, but recognize since this is right next door to the club, there is beach access from the club pool walkway next door, and they do set up chairs right up to the property line on the beach for this house (actually was a positive for us since they set up chaise lounges for us and we didnt have to lug our own chairs up and down to the beach). If you are looking for more 'private' beach area, you may want to go up or down the block, but then you also trade off longer hike to the club pools. This house can sleep far more than the 16 advertised, but due to recent community policy changes that's the new limit. Cinnamon Beach needs to rethink that policy - as we initially had booked it for 22 people, and the community changed the occupancy policy after our booking (VRP offered to refund our money prior to our arrival),but one family could not come, so worked out ok for us.This house could easily support 20-22 people, and it's ashame that larger families will be limited due to the community regulations. Regardless, a beautiful house, and beautiful community and public areas.

Enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. DVD player wasn't working, but was replaced right away.

We just loved our unit at Tidelands. Spacious and newly renovated. It came equipped with everything we needed all the way down to boogie boards. The 150.00 cleaning fee was high and for that price I would expect a more thorough job. The property was a beautiful location. Very secure and right on the would have been nice to have more than one door key for other members of our family. And our pool key didn't function. I had to call VRP twice because our names were not on the gate log. It made it difficult to get in at first but they got it taken care of.

Our family enjoyed our 2nd year at Rising Sun. We love the open concept of the house, and yet everyone had space to get away from each other. The kitchen was our favorite. Noone felt left out when cooking. And that view -- the entire front of the house looks over the ocean. Amazing!! The downstairs bedroom with bunks, aka "The Boys Cave" was seriously lacking on storage. It has a huge closet, but no shelves or drawers. Some of the fixtures were showing age or wear & tear. We had a issue with an appliance upon arrival, and the management team resolved it right away. They were very accommodating and professional. The beach is fantastic! It's worth the 7 hour drive. We can't wait till next year!

Beautiful, well-equipped, with great view of sunrise and beach. Minor housekeeping issues, which we took care of ourselves. Notified VRP of broken vertical blinds in master bedroom upon arrival. Already booked our next visit, same unit!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for our family and very cimfortable. We loved the garden views from our balcony and pool and ocen close by. The area is just lovely and an easy drive to St. Augustine. We would definately stay again.

This was an amazing place for a large family. We had 12 people with plenty of extra room. The kitchen and dining areas were fantastic! I love the large round table; we could all sit at it and enjoy conversation with each other. The pool was a little steep but nice and the beach was within walking distance. We could also drive our vehicle onto the beach. I recommend this and come back again if possible.
