Anastasia 404 was in a Beautiful location, had very nice furnishings, and all the amenities of home. However the cleanliness could be improved on, I found a couple pieces of cereal on the floor, a dead bug, there was grape jelly on one bathroom door and something brown smeared on the other bathroom door, & all the kitchen knives were put up dirty. The tub in the master bathroom would fill up when taking a shower. Other then that the condo was very nice and very comfortable, with easy access to the beach, a great view, and a relaxing swimming area and pool. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful time at 444 Cinnamon Beach. Our views were outstanding, the beach was clean and not crowded. Our children loved the pool/kiddie pool area. We would vacation here again.

My family and another family arrived on July 19th for a week stay. We were totally amazed at A Luna Sea House! The house and location were awesome! Our air condition on the second floor quit working on Saturday night. We called first thing Sunday morning and within an hour someone was there to fix it. We will def. be back to this place.

It was a wonderful vacation from start to finish. The staff at VacationPro's was great in helping us pick out the perfect rental and very prompt in their response whenever we needed them. When I needed the lockbox instructions, they went above and beyond to get it to me right away. The condo was clean, right on the water and had more supplies than I've ever experienced at a rental. The complex was right on the water and easy to get to the beach or pool. Overall an A+.

Wonderful experience, couldn't have been easier. No picking up keys, doors have, doors have lock boxes. Condo very clean and kitchen well stocked, we make dinner for 10 every night. Best part was the gorgeous view!!! Pictures do not do this condo justice. The vaulted ceilings and large patio overlooking the golf course and the ocean can't be captured on film. We sat every late afternoon and watched the storm roll in, rarely had to move off the patio. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. We can't wait to come again.

We stayed for 2 weeks in July at Crystal Sands #406. The condo location is absolutely perfect where we could watch the sunset from the screened lanai if we weren't on the beach! The unit is only steps from the elevator but we were never disturbed by noise (if there was any)in the hallway. We were pleasantly surprised that the unit itself had all the comforts of home, then some, which we utilized fully as we did a lot of cooking during out stay. We did not use the barbeques located on the parking lot side of the building but they were in good condition and of good quality. The bed and pillows were comfortable which provided a good nights sleep each night. The bathroom was clean but needs some new caulking, holes patched and some fresh paint, but nothing that wasn't looked past quickly. A few of the bedroom blind slats were broken and falling off their track, which would be quick and inexpensive to fix with new plastic clips or perhaps just replaced with sheers or curtains, but again, this didn't at all spoil our vacation!! Both televisions were small and dated but worked perfectly fine for watching the news, weather station and late night programs. The cd/radio player was broken upon our arrival, which was somewhat a disappointment as we had to purchase one, even though we could have just brought one from home. The washer/dryer was large, clean and conveniently located directly across the hall, which we used. ($1.25 to wash and .75 to dry) Although we heard some guests disapprove of the key fob required to gain access to the condo elevators and pool/beach area, we liked the level of security it provided. I do hope someone makes a few inexpensive quick fixes that this tired condo deserves. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this condo unit and look forward to coming back next year!!

We had a Wonderful family vacation! The condo was even better that described. Ocean was beautiful with waves for the kids to surf. Pools were very family friendly with a wonderfully helpful staff. This was the first vacation that was easy! Booking, checking in, checking out everything was just so easy.
The only thing I would like to see is maybe a playground for the kids.
We will definitely be coming back!!!

The house was terrific. The view fabulous. The only thing we would like to see is a bug spray treatment for roaches that seemed to be in the kitchen.

We booked this house on short notice and we very please with the house overall! It was clean and tastefully decorated and the beds were comfy! The yard was fenced in for my small dog but could use a little grass seed or sod. My only complain was the kitchen lacked basic spices... Not a big deal but just a suggestion for those that like to cook. Other then that it was a perfect visit in a lovely home!

We enjoyed the rental. It had just about everything we needed.

We loved the lay out of the house and the location. I would suggest replacements of the pots and pans; the non-stick coating was worn off. We also had no wifi but we didn't want to be disturbed with computer info from work! We are considering reserving a week again for next year.

Great experience. three families. all fit with extra room to spare. could have been a slightly larger and nicer pool for the price. bbq grill didn't work great but otherwise house very well stocked with beach supplies, pool toys, towels, etc

The apartment was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Great pool, beach access and centrally located on the main road. Great experience!

This was our first family vacation to Florida. We had a wonderful time. The place was very nice, clean, spacious and smelled great when we arrived. The only downfall would be the inconvenience of the pools from the condo and the toll road that we had to go through anytime we left the resort. Overall, a wonderful place though.

This is the first time we've rented a home at the beach and I must say we loved the privacy and spaciousness versus a condo. We felt it was a very good value for our money. Bikini bottom was perfect for the five of us. It was just a short walk down to the beach access on our side of the street and two restaraunts and Dollar General across A-1A. Very convenient to everything. We really loved the cozy, beachy decor and felt like we were in our home away from home. Everything we needed was already there except for the groceries. The owners even provided a stock of games and DVD's. Our teenage son was very happy with the excellent wireless internet too! Only complaint was the busy street out in front but it really didn't detract from our stay. Would consider renting here again if we were to come back to St. Augustine.

Great location and house suited us well. There were 10 of us. Ages of family from 2 to 91. Easy walk to beach and pool each day. Elevator was well used during week and big plus with luggage on arrival and departure. Theater room was enjoyed by all, especially youngsters during quiet time! Due to age range, three sleeping levels were ideal.

Minor issues.. One dining chair seat not attached to chair frame. Both TVs in 2nd floor bedrooms ( not master) had volume control problems. Volume raced to high automatically. Pool keys not identified easily and had to search house until finally found.

Trash pickup was timely. We are use to recycling everything possible. A little disappointed that community recycling was not an option.

K11 is a nice rental property. The location is convenient, close to a pool, car wash, trash, and cookout area. As stated by others, this complex is very well maintained. The grounds and pools are spotless. The cookout area is very nice with comfortable seating and ceiling fans. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, especially if you are taking chairs and umbrellas, but it is very easy to drive onto the beach with all of your gear. We parked right by the complex so that we could easily walk up to the pool. This unit had comfortable beds and couches and the kitchen was stocked with more than enough dishes, utensils, and good quality cookware. There were plenty of start up paper goods, hand, laundry and dish soap. The only issue that we encountered was the master bath. The toilet paper holder would not stay on the wall and the toilet was VERY slow to flush. We plunged many times, but the water went almost to the top when flushing. Our last morning it finally flowed over like a surging waterfall. Luckily there are plenty of towels in the unit! There is a mop, but not a very good one. The screen room is a plus for this ground floor unit (especially if you have a dog who likes to sit outside with you), but don't expect to enjoy your morning coffee out there. The sprinklers come on and soak the furniture and floor every morning. There is a table and two comfortable chairs in the screen room, and a very uncomfortable wooden bench rocker, awkwardly placed behind the table. It is convenient for laying out wet suits (as long as you grab them before the sprinklers come on), but with a comfy chaise lounge for reading. All in all, we felt this rental was a good value.

19 family members met here for vacation, home was large enough that everyone had their own space. Location was very nice and quiet. Property was as pictured. Great family vacation !!

Had a blast in st Augustine again this year. These condo are in a great location and are close to everything. We will stay here again for sure, just maybe a unit with and elevator and closer to the beach. Management might want to think about updating the bedding.
