It was just like we hoped for. A beach house with all the perks. There was so much room in this home and places to "get away" from other family members if needed. There was furniture in places that we didn't even sit on!!! Kitchen was great with eating area as shown in the pictures. Washer/dryer easy access. Doors in the back and doors in the front of the house. Bedrooms very spacious with storage everywhere! And we had our own private beach area with a short (20 steps) walk to another beach and the water!. Outside area was furnished with chairs and 2 large tables to sit at. All in all our family could not have asked for anything more in way of accomodations!!! Gas grill had full propane tank as well. If you are looking for a great place to vacation and bring the whole family this is the place. Those with small children you needn't go further then out the door for the little ones to play in the sand and be in a shaded area at all times. For a mid afternoon walk and a cool drink there is Junkaroos 3 houses down the beach where beach lounges/umbrellas can be rented for minimal cost. We have already begun planning next year's stay. Don't miss this great home and location. We guarantee you won't be disappointed.

We had our wedding on the beach and a reception at the house. (We had only 35 people) We also had family members stay with us for the week. The entire experience was amazing! The house is beautiful and we could not have asked for any more. The view of the sunrise every morning will never fade. They thought of everything for this house. Everyone loved it so much, our parents want to rent it for the same time next year for all of us!

We spent the weekend in St Augustine for our wedding. Accommodations were great! Everyone loved the house! The secluded beach is 's a little bit of a trek but figured on the last day we could park close to the road. I would only suggest to supply a couple more towels possibly for the beach. We flew in from Arizona so packing was right and didn't have beach towels. Loved this house we can't wait to come back.

Enjoyed 3 1/2 weeks with my wife and our Irish Setter. Enjoyed many sunrises, late night beach walks and the healthy fresh air off the Atlantic! We feel right at home with Cranberry Cottage as our base to enjoy St. Augi and immediate area. Biked, walked, sunbathed, waded and watched surfers, dolphin, shorebirds and people. This was our first real extended vacation in celebration of 25 years of marriage. We want to live there in the Cottage!

Loved being able to getaway with my adult children for a great time at Cinnamon Beach! This unit was beautifully decorated and fully equipped. We brought our bikes and enjoyed riding in the area. The beach and pool were very nice also. Definitely recommend this area and this unit!

We are 10 nurses ( plus 2) having graduated in 1961. We gather every year at a different place for a reunion. St. Augustine was the choice this year. We choose the Upper Deck for our large group because of space and the big plus ...THE ELEVATOR! Bed space was more than adequate but none dared to climb to the top bunk in the bunk bed room. So once adjustments were made for ailing backs and hips, it was fine. The house and furnishings are superb. The view from the deck spectacular. Location is good.
Very well equipped with every luxury you can imagine. I can highly recommend Upper Deck and believe I speak for my classmates.

Very nice, beautiful view. We stayed there last year also and will be staying there again in the future.

We wanted a house on the beach so we could chill out, listen to the waves and watch the sea birds. Pelican Pass delivered on this. The house is tastefully and comfortably decorated and furnished. The kitchen was well equipped. We really liked the close proximity to a supermarket and some very good local restaurants. We wanted to be near St. Augustine as we thought we would need to travel to the shops and to restaurants but we felt Ponte Vedra gave enough options. The local nature trail at the Potomac river was like paradise with huge butterflies and a variety of birds.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and what a great location right on the ocean. The house was recently renovated although there are a few small details that need to be addressed. For example placing some lamps next to the beds and although there were tv's in the bedrooms not all had cable boxes. There is also no closet in the master bedroom. Non of this took away from our trip and we would definately recommend staying at this beach house.

The vacation itself was incredible! the location couldn't be beat. Private home with its own private beach was perfect for our group. The house definitely needed some paint, minor repair and a little TLC, but overall we were all pleased. The amenities were a bit scarce as well - low on towels (I had to go purchase some that night) and coffee cups - there were only 5 in the house. Pans were definitely old and used; no bakeware. The portable A/C unit was broken in the downstairs kids' BR, but they did come and replace it the following day. The only major complaint I had was the fact that the side of the house was covered with trash. The can was over the top full with trash spilling all around. They told me someone would come pick it up but it never happened. Obviously, this was quite an eyesore, and also left us with no place for trash. We bagged it and left it down in the kids BR. After a long weekend of a full house, we had generated quite a bit. The only other issue was parking; you need to be flexible with other locations for more than 4 cars. But to end on a positive - beatuiful location, loved the privacy - and while simple, a nice colorful beachy decor inside.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Venetian beach house.

Property location is in excellent proximity to both beach and pool. We have stayed in this location since 1970's and it cannot BE BEAT! The 729 Property is well done throughout with a nice kitchen and sitting area. Rooms are spacious enough for 5-6 people very comfortable- Only minor complaint was a little mold/mildew in Master Shower, but that is a CLEANING ISSUE, not the property itself- This location is a HOME RUN for someone wanting a beach experience that exceeds expectations!

Super stay-cation for the whole family! Only regret that we planned a longer trip. Would come back again and again:)

Great! We were in K11 at the Ocean Village Club. We loved the bottom floor and the rental was the perfect amount of space for a family of four. Easy access to the pools and ocean. The only improvement I have is to add cable TV to the second bedroom.

Awesome. Perfect layout for a beach house. casual and laidback. Beach/ocean Views are unforgettable.
Only had one shower for 2 bathrooms. Would have been nice to have 2 showers that worked.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location.the only thing I need to say is that the mattress in the first bedroom needs to be replaced as well worned on one side.we even turned the mattress but did not help.i think installing ceiling fans in the first bedroom and living area would help conserve electricity.

The sand dollar I 502 was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. View is incredible! Beds were super comfy! Would be nice if there were at least queens instead of the 2 full size. Kitchen was great except missing some few basics. Had to go buy a spatula and some containers with lids to store leftovers would have been nice. Overall we will definitely be back! This will be our new vacation go to!
