EvErything about this rental was was wonderful. Ample room, a beautiful outside area and great patios and decks!! Not a complaint at all about the house, but had some problems getting questions answered and emails returned in a timely fashion from the rental company. The main one being an email I sent 7 days prior to our arrival regarding some questions we needed answered for preparation of our stay PRIOR to leaving, and I didn't get a response until we had already been there for 4 days. Fortunately, I took the time to call them personally and had my questions answered. The house was great!! Very clean and quaint. Would definitely recommend this home to anybody!

Our time at Cinnamon Beach in unit 1052 was wonderful. The condo was clean and comfortable and the resort was wonderful. We enjoyed the pools, fitness rooms, and the gorgeous beach. We will be back.

Our family of 7 adults stayed at Avalon House in late May and truly enjoyed the experience. We like to cook and found the kitchen to be better equipped than most rentals. The kitchen, dining and family room layout is ideal and the TV there is a real attraction. It was our first visit to Cinnamon Beach and we loved the area. It is an easy walk to the beach and having the pool Oceanside meant everyone was happy. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas is a real plus. And Vacation Rental Pros really are pros. They are very responsive and their emails with links to area attractions was very helpful. We spent one day touring in St. Augustine and a very entertaining day at the Kennedy Space Center (do not miss!). One downside is the lack of finer restaurants in the Palm Coast area but that's just the way it is.

Breathtaking! Inside of condo was so,so, clean. wife is a clean freak and she was very impressed. when they say all you need is a swimsuit. that's so true. beach towels provided. nice appliances, décor of rooms unbelievable, even binoculars to view kids from balcony area. Wife did not want to leave find our self in a dilemma now. she wants 2 weeks next year! Excellent place to stay!!!

From check-in to check-out, almost everything was perfect. we were very satisfied.

The only problem was with the trash. When we arrived the recycle bin was overflowing, but the trash was not due to be picked up for 2 more days. Also, the garbage cans did not have lids, so raccoons ripped open the bags and scattered the garbage several nights.

We loved our stay at SeaHaven 522. Accommodations were great. Very clean and spacious. Would return again in a heartbeat. From start to finish it was wonderful. Would rent again from vacation pros.

35 Sandy Beach is a BEAUTIFUL beach bungalow! My family LOVED this brand new property!! Everything is CLEAN!! The decor (Pottery Barn, Ballard's)is lovely and tasteful. I felt like the owners went to extra effort to make this a particularly nice rental with the pretty linens and artwork. It is a very spacious property and easily accomodates six persons. The kitchen is quite nicely outfitted with quality appliances and has a very large granite island with stools, providing extra seating in addition to dining table for six. The mattresses are comfortable and the televisions are large and high def.
The property is an easy walk to the beach. We actually found it even more pleasant to load up beach gear and head 5 min car ride to public beach. It was so convenient to park right in front of the ocean!!! Great with kids. Nice neighborhood to ride bikes. This is not a negative, but I would let families know that this is a neighborhood presently under construction. There are not a lot of homes and therefore, very uncrowded. It is very quiet and peaceful which makes it relaxing. Just don't expect to see lots of people at the pool or walking around. We would most definitely recommend this property. When this particular neighborhood is finished, it will be a stunning! By the way, in case one is not familiar with Palm Coast, it is an almost 30 minute drive to historic St. Augustine.

It was a great experience, lovely location, great view and accomodations ! The beds while nice were too soft for me, causing back soreness, the only negative really. I need firm mattresses.

Very nice property.

The location of the unit was great, plenty of room and well equipped kitchen. The furniture is a bit dated as is the wallpaper throughout. The bedding needs to be updated and better quality. The pools are wonderful and there isn't a hot tub at the pool, it is now a fountain. It would have been nice to have a grill of some type on the patio as most people would enjoy cooking out in the summer. The location and space we had made the vacation wonderful.

We had a fabulous time staying here. This was our second time renting this property and we plan to make it three next year. Everything was great. We love the fact that we are so close to the beach, yet the condo is quiet and perfect for small children. The only thing I would like to note is that it would be nice to have an ice maker in the freezer. Other than that, it was perfect. Well worth every penny!

We really loved the house. We had 12 people staying for the week and had ample room for all. The kids LOVED the theatre room and the pool area.

Loved our trip.
2 issues - 1. The dishwasher soap dispenser lid was gone. Soap just ran down the door when it was closed.
2. There were only five bath towels and 6 wash clothes. There have been many more towels in past years.
Overall fantastic trip and experience with this unit.

We absolutely loved this condo and made such good memories!! We're already talking about coming back next summer!! It was beautiful and clean and the pools and views were amazing!! This was the condo for us because we were traveling with 7 children and the bunk beds made it work out perfectly! It had everything we could have hoped for in a vacation rental. Also, the residents that we came across on out stay there were so friendly! My only small complaint is that there is no elevator- my mother was with us and had been having some health problems, so it was hard for her to get out at all, and makes for a hard trip up the stairs with the kids and all of their beach things. But overall we had a wonderful time, loved it, and can't wait to come back!! :)

We loved this house! It was very clean and easily accomadated our family of 11. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking any meal. The 3 bathrooms were great for when everyone trying to shower off and get ready to go out. The kids loved the pool for dipping after the beach all day.

We had an excellent experience during out stay. The beach, weather, the apartment, and its location (facing the beach) location were what you could expect of a wonderful time out from routine.

The Flagler Beach property was even better than we could have imagined. The house was beautiful. We had our own private beach. A conservation agent showed us where a turtle had laid her eggs, the night we arrived, right by the bushes on the property. Wish we could be there to see them hatch.

What a beautiful home. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful walking/biking trails. Within walking distant to the beach and to Publix. We walked to the beach every day. The beach was family friendly and beautiful. We would recommend this home and area to our friends and family.
