Great location...beautiful beach. Within walking distance of car needed. We called for a cab to go into town and to the airport. We will be using Vacation Rental Pro's again and staying at the same location. Lynda was our rep and she provided everything we ask for. I told her what we wanted and she searched until she found the perfect spot. Thanks so much for the beautiful sunrise every morning...

From start to finish an easy process. The home was much larger than expected but the driveway was a lot smaller too. The home was very clean with plenty of towels and kitchenware to use. Neighborhood was very quiet. It wasn't as close to the beach as I thought but a 1 minute drive wasn't all the bad either (plenty of free parking right at the beach.

This rental property should only be considered by those who love gorgeous, serene beaches, awesome sunrises, stunning sunsets, tranquility, and total relaxation. The location of this home is as perfect as it gets. It's located on a very short, dead-end street, which is directly on the beach. Other than the cars of those who reside on this short street, there is VERY little traffic. During our rental period, we were blessed with cooler weather, which allowed us to turn off the A/C and open the many sliding doors on the home. The breezes coming from both the ocean and the sound were fantastic. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean, so one can watch the sunrise right from the bedroom and hear the ocean waves all day and night if desired. Pure heaven! The screened porch right outside the master bedroom allows for the sliding doors to be open without fear of flying insects invading the perfection. This home also has a two-car garage, which we used to store our beach cabana when not in use. This allowed us to put the cabana together only once and then carry it the short distance to and from the beach each day.
The only negatives concerning this home are that some of the vertical blinds do not function well, and when needed, the A/C does not cool the master bedroom to the degree that it should. The outside of the home could use some TLC, but fortunately the inside is maintained to a higher standard.

This was such a pleasant surprise. It was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and convenient and nicely decorated. I would suggest a mattress topper for the roll away and as well as the sofa bed for comfort.

It was very enjoyable.

Overall the house is very nice. We had one issue with an odor that came into the house some how and we called the maintenance company and they were very responsive working with us over the phone to try and resolve the issue. Never really determined what it was.

The Master suite bathroom shower door is sprung at the bottom and needs to be repaired. The house could use more hangers in the closets for the guests and they also need to provide more towels for people to use. There were no spares. Also, the outside light at the front door was not working, i think the bulb was burned out so it was dark when you came in at night.

Hopefully those issues will be resolved for the next people who rent the house. But it is a nice house and a good location.

Other than those issues

This was our second visit to Cinnamon Beach this year and by far the best. The condo was top of the line, clean, well stocked (in case I wanted to cook)and very nicely decorated. We had a great time just sitting on balcony and watch the golfers and listen to the waves come in. I like to complement the guards at the entrance. Since our first visit, this was third, they have been very courteous and helpful. This past week at 364 Cinnamon Beach was truly a wonderful experience.

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and the location was more than ideal. Walking distance from the beach and Publix and only a short cab ride away from downtown St. Augustine. We would rent this house again in a second.

This was a wonderful condo. It was clean and most everything was in good working order. The view was fantastic!
One ceiling fan was broken when we got there and we called to tell them about it. Somebody came by to try to fix the next day. Our past experience in other condos is that nothing ever gets fixed.
We really like the place and hope to stay there again some day.
Thank you!

This unit was not as well equipped as the one in which we previously stayed. Constantly had to do laundry with only 8 towels for 6 people. While kitchen was adequate, not as well stocked with pots and pans as we would have liked. With that said we enjoyed our stay and will return next trip to Daytona.

The house is nice, good open space for the group of us to be together. The salt water pool was lovely! But the real star is the property itself. It felt so private and peaceful. We hung out on the dock on the point watching the river and wildlife a lot. And there was yard space for bocchi ball and croquet with the kids! It was really wonderful.

The condo was beautiful, modern and clean. View was spectular of the ocean. Loved the fact it was under a 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Also The Pit' where we rented surf boards was in walking distance which was a good thing since they wouldn't fit in my car!

This is our 3rd year returning to Colony Reef, and again, we had nice accommodations for our vacation. Short walk over boardwalk to private beach, playground for kids, indoor and outdoor pools and a nice beach themed condo kept us happy. Well maintained and very clean. Ample parking too. Kitchen and dining area is small yet adequate - we had a lot of family meals. Tight at times for 6 adults and a few tots, but never a problem. Nice place for family to stay. Close to restaurants, grocery and plenty of other things to do. We will stay here again!

Spent a week at Oasis House in July with several friends! We absolutely loved the place! Nothing fancy, but nicely decorated and clean! We loved the view from the bedrooms of the ocean. The deck right down by the sand was fabulous for having morning coffee! We were able to watch a mama loggerhead come up on the beach and dig her nest, lay her eggs and then we ushered her back to the sea right by our house! It was truly amazing! We are "turtle" people so we were so pleased with all the opportunities to work with the Turtle Patrol cleaning nests, marking new nests and setting a few hatchling off on their journeys to the Gulf Stream! We loved our "oasis" and plan to return again next summer!

Had a blast. The house was as described. Found it clean and ready for us when we arrived shortly after 5:00 pm. Had some questions about how to turn on the spa and such, so made a call to maintenance and then everything worked great !!!

The area was beautiful. Beach relaxing, condo was very nice. This is an older condo larger than expected. Very comfortable and quiet. Does need cleaning outside windows and patio. We had a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and what a great location right on the ocean. The house was recently renovated although there are a few small details that need to be addressed. For example placing some lamps next to the beds and although there were tv's in the bedrooms not all had cable boxes. There is also no closet in the master bedroom. Non of this took away from our trip and we would definately recommend staying at this beach house.

We go down every year and stay at this cottage. There is a short path to the beach, which means the location is great. Grocery stores, restaurants, surf shops are located near by. The historic district, lighthouse and other sightseeing destinations are close also. We also enjoy the privacy of the fenced front and back yard. Our dog enjoys it too. The cottage is clean and well supplied with what you would need to stay a week as if your were home. Washer/dryer on site. The WI-FI didn't work because it is shared with other rentals and the modem is in one of the other rentals. I couldn't get a signal, but that wasn't an issue for us. We would have used it if available, but like I said it wasn't an issue for us. We will definitely stay there again. We love it.

Our week was a bit hot, humid and rainy but it was wonderful to be in a place where we could always see the beautiful Atlantic. We are seniors so we rented beach equipment from Big Bills and drove to the beach everyday but frequently walked the dunes back and forth, except for the oldest. We had the awesome experience of watching the full moon come out of the ocean and form a lovely moon path, nearly to our door. The vegetation around the cottage is natural which is lovely but a bit intimidating. On Thursday an exterminator came and he pointed out a big turtle home near the house. On Friday and Saturday we did see a couple of cockroaches and smaller bugs, maybe because of the treatment. Otherwise the house was bug free and clean
