We loved the home. It's spacious, has great amenities and views. Very relaxing and comfortable with room to spread out and chill. A little surprised by the tolls to cross the bridge, but otherwise loved the neighborhood. Great walk to the beach! Definitely a good vacation choice.

Lovely, bright condo. Well equipped, from pots & pans to beach chairs & toys. Only concern was there was no laundry detgt, so we didn't wash the first load before leaving, as requested. Made us wonder if all the linens are rinsed with just water, no soap! Ugh! Otherwise, wonderful stay in a well-maintained property.

Good apartment, spotlessly clean with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. Slightly small so ideal for a couple or young family. Just a short drive from the very nice old town of St Augustine and within walking distance of several bars and restaurants and the endless beach. Great value and recommended.

Vacation Rental Pros certainly lived up to their name. The app and loads of local information provided were great and really made a difference to my holiday.

Our condo was beautiful decorated and exceptionaly clean. We would definitly stay again. Thank the owners for making our visit so very nice!

What could have been a very bad experience turned out great! When we arrived, we were erroneously booked into unit 3 instead of 5. A call to your office got me in contact with Lisa the Manager who had night duty on the 8th. We discussed the mix up and She made arrangements for us to transfer into unit 5.

Many thanks to Lisa and her team, who took a potentially bad situation and a very, very unhappy customer into a great experience and a customer who will recommend your organization over and over again.

We had a lovely time. The property was well maintained and very clean. Everything we needed was provided. It was a wonderful vacation and the weather was sublime.

There was a problem with some cleaning issues, however, managment contacted me prior to me even being aware - they arranged for someone to come clean everything up; the cleaners called, came in and did there job. There were little things like either light bulbs out or fixtures not working; knobs off cabinets; but nothing big and I believe had I have called management they would have been right there. I will definaitely use this company again and possibly go back to this same complex again. Very pleased.

Great location. Comfortable and loved having the screened in lanai.

House was spacious, great floor plan. We had a core group for the week and rotated others throughout the stay. House worked very well for that. Beach was gorgeous and deserted! Rental company was very responsive. Constructive criticism: need Current area maps and literature - printed. Refrigerator door needs attention ( we did not report this), freezer ice maker needs a lot of help. We did follow the instructions regarding filling it etc. Desperately need beach chairs, the pool chairs are heavy and not really conducive for the beach. Excellent garages, house very quiet. Everything worked as described. Would go back and use this company again.

I had a relaxing stay and cannot wait to come back to Crescent Cottage. The location is perfect 10 minutes from Down Town St. Augustine shops, the ocean breeze and just the place itself was perfect !! See you next year :)

The place was very clean, the furniture was nice, the kitchen was very nice and everything was in working order. The grounds were lovely, a very large pool which was nice since I like to do laps. It was a pretty short walk to a nice wide beach. Highly recommend it for families.

Enjoyed our stay. property location was ideal could not ask for better. very clean and property maintenence was kept up regularly through our stay. will definately rent next year

One of the nicest and cleanest properties We have stayed at! Great location, close to the beach and plenty of space to stretch out. View were fantastic. We will definitely return to this property. Thank you for a great vacation!

The only area in which I was dissatisfied is in paying a rental fee for 3 months and only being allowed to stay 12 weeks (From Jan. 5 until March 30). If guests are being charged for 3 full months, that's what they should receive. Everything else was great.

No gripes at all. The condo was first rate and very well appointed, excep for a can opener...lol which they brought right away. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks for a great week

I recently enjoyed a short stay at this property and absolutely loved it. The condominium was beautiful and spotless and had everything that I needed. The location is perfect -- a short walk to the pool and easy access to the beach. I wish I could have stayed longer!
